International Delivery
Europe (EU)

For EU orders under €150 (excluding shipping and taxes), VAT and duties are calculated at checkout where applicable. Orders over this threshold may be subject to additional import charges upon delivery.
Rest of World
International Tracked – £14.95

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes or handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.
Shipping fees cover postage and handling.
Delivery Notes
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
- If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional redelivery charges may apply.
- If tracking shows delivery attempted, we recommend contacting your local postal service promptly.
Returns
You have 14 days from receipt to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging
- With all seals intact
For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
- Email help@londoncopyright.com with “RETURN” in the subject line. Include your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Securely repackage the item and include your dispatch note or order confirmation.
- Obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit without proof of posting.
Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
