These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the London Copyright® online store (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Sell To

Our store is intended for consumers and businesses. If you are purchasing as a consumer, you benefit from additional rights under UK consumer law. Nothing in these Terms affects those statutory rights.

2. Products and Availability

  • Product listings and descriptions are provided for information and do not constitute a binding offer.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
  • We reserve the right to update product information, pricing and availability at any time.

3. How the Contract Is Formed

  • When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the items in your basket.
  • We accept your order when we send an order confirmation email or dispatch the goods (whichever occurs first).
  • Please ensure your email address is correct and check spam or junk folders.

4. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are shown in the online store and include applicable taxes where stated at checkout.
  • Payment is taken at checkout using the methods available on the site (including third-party providers such as PayPal and card processors).
  • We do not store full payment card details.

International Orders: If we ship outside the UK, you may be charged local customs duties, import taxes or handling fees. These are your responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. Delivery

  • Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure details are accurate.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional redelivery charges may apply.

6. Title and Risk

  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
  • Ownership of goods passes once full payment has been received.

7. Returns and Cancellation

If you are a UK consumer, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

If possible, please photograph damaged packaging before use.

9. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers may only be redeemed on the London Copyright® online store.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and no interest is payable.
  • Only one gift voucher may be redeemed per order unless otherwise stated.
  • Gift vouchers may not be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
  • Gift vouchers expire at the end of the third year after the year of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
  • If goods purchased with a voucher are returned, refunds will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy and may be issued back to the voucher.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be limited under UK law.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
